At The Listening Room, Pooja Thakkar, a Clinical Psychologist, envisions therapy as a space that goes beyond problem-solving. it is a space for deep listening, self-exploration, and meaningful transformation. Her vision is to create an environment where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and understood, without judgment or urgency to “fix.” It is intentionally built as a multi-therapist practice to honor the diversity of human experiences. Each therapist brings their own perspective, specialization, and therapeutic style, allowing clients to find a connection that feels natural, safe, and aligned with their needs.

She is a Clinical and Rehabilitation Psychologist with 7+ years of experience supporting individuals in their mental health journeys. My therapeutic work focuses on building self-awareness, identifying emotional patterns, and developing adaptive coping strategies. I work extensively with trauma, relationship concerns, and clinical psychological disturbances, guiding clients toward emotional regulation, resilience, and meaningful psychological growth.

Nivedita Jogdand

Remedial Trainer

Nivedita, our Remedial Trainer, brings a deeply empathetic approach to working with children who experience learning and behavioral challenges. By tailoring each intervention to the child’s unique needs, she helps them develop skills, confidence, and a sense of capability in their everyday lives.

Session with Udita Agarwal⁩ is a very important aspect of diet control necessitated for weight or mental health Many times due to low or high feelings, a person eats more or worse. These sessions of mine with Udita helped me to channelize my negative thoughts by meditation, journaling etc. She was so soft spoken and understanding and was gently asking me to do them. Regular follow up calls by her kept my momentum on.
